I think he must be. I was putting dishes away in the kitchen this morning when it started downpouring. He immediately went to the French doors and started lamenting, trying to put Rundy's boots on and open the door himself. He must've remembered playing in the rain the other day...
I forgot that I already commented on this, and came here to comment. ;-) I don't think I watched the video all the way last time. It made me chuckle this time, mainly the part where he starts to come in, then decides, "Nah" and goes wandering back off into the rain again!
