Happy four months, baby boy! Tadhg's personality has started sprouting in earnest this month. He loves music (making dinner often involves spontaneous songs about what I'm doing to keep him entertained), reading, blowing bubbles, expressively pontificating about who-knows-what (but it's important!), chomping on EVERYTHING, and playing with his feet. He also thinks he should eat Big People food already; so far he's just getting little tastes, mostly courtesy of Daddy.
Books!!!!!! These are Tadhg's current favorites. Goodnight Moon is comforting and perfect for getting sleepy; I Am a Bunny has great illustrations; and Jamberry is just wonderful all around. There's one page in particular that has some especially good rhythm and alliteration--every time I read it he turns to look at me and grin.

When he pulled this face out and started complaining, I knew our photoshoot was over. :)
